The chief executive director of the universe, Supermuscleman, is bent on obtaining complete control over the minds and bodies of every kid in the universe. The only person with the ability to stop him is a little girl on "The Huckleberry" named Sardine. With a little bit of help from her cousin, Louie, and her uncle, Captain Yellow Shoulder, Sardine will stop at nothing to prevent Supermuscleman from carrying out his brainwashing scheme.
