In 1902, James, one of Peter's original Lost Boys, visits Molly and tells her that the heir to England's throne, Prince Albert Edward, is being controlled by shadow creatures. The creatures are after starstuff that is hidden in an underground vault which can only be opened with the Sword of Mercy. Molly tries to protect the starstuff but suddenly disappears and it's up to eleven-year-old Wendy and a legendary boy named Peter Pan to save the world from the shadow creatures.
