Lola's teacher asks her fellow students to draw a picture of the places where they emigrated from, but Lola can't remember her island home as her family left when she was just a baby. However, with the help and memories of her family and friends, Lola's imagination can take her back to the Dominican Republic to explore and draw her picture.
