Luffy and the Straw Hats continue on to Rainbase, the land where lies the city of dreams, escorting Princess Vivi, their royal charge. When Captain Crocodile returns, however, Luffy gets sidetracked, and is forced to spend some one-on-one time with his enemy. Meanwhile, navigator Nami must do battle with Ms. Doublefinger of the Baroque Works.
