Reggie loves living about the local corner store with his mom. It comes in handy when it's time to spend his hard-earned allowance! Reggie also loves running down the stairs from hishome super-fast and giving the clothesline a good hard yank on his way down. But one day, he misjudges his speed and ends up stuck smack dab in the middle of the yard, hanging from the clothesline. He calls for help, but his mom doens' thear. He waits for someone to see him, but only a black cat slinks by. His arms start to get tired--but he's too scared to let go. Will somone, anyone, come to Reggie's rescue?
