Discusses the life and work of Dr. Janusz Korczark, a Polish Jew during WWII who turned down all chances to escape in order to protect the children in his orphanage as they became trapped in the Warsaw Ghetto. Taking a stand that all children are valuable, Korczak dressed his orphans in their finest Sabbath clothes and walked with them to the trains that led all of them to their death in Treblinka. Includes black-and-white photographs.
