The reader takes control of the plot of the story as a young girl whose parents are demonologists. Having just moved in to a creepy old house in Graves End, Brooklyn, the girl suddenly notices a coven of witches hanging around the house--perhaps merely interested in the house, or perhaps scheming to use her in some ritual. Several different outcomes are possible.
