A young magical girl, Princess Lina, writes in her diary of the day her class takes a field trip to the aquarium. Unfortunately, her cousin, Jack Frost, has come to tag along, and he and their Grandfather decide to use the time to practice their impressive Winterheart magic, and maybe Lina will get a chance to practice, too--if, that is, they don't cause problems with the penguins.
