Seventeen-year-old Natalya Fox must decide if she's going to stay in New York City with her dad for the summer and have the opportunity to ask out her crush or spend it with her estranged mom in Los Angeles, which might be her best chance to fix their relationship. She lives out both choices in alternating timetimes and finds herself exploring post-graduation opportunities, experiencing new romances, and connecting with both her parents in different ways.
