Continuing his quest to find a way to turn his little sister Nezuko back to a human after a demon killed their family and accidentally transformed Nezuko herself into a demon, Tanjiro encounters two demons who wield magic weapons, and when it is revealed these two are part of the Twelve Kizuki who serve Kibutsuji--the demon who killed his family--Tanjiro worries not even the help of Tamayo and Yushiro could defeat them.
